Like a graceful lotus rising from the motherland, Vietsun Investment Corporation has grown through more than a decade of perseverance and transformation. Today, Vietsun confidently reaches out to the world, spreading its values and vision far and wide.

The past ten years have been marked by both trials and triumphs—a journey built on determination, unity, and unwavering belief. It began with a humble teacher’s family in Nghệ An Province. Despite living modestly, they nurtured a deep ambition and a resilient life philosophy from an early age.

These young individuals, after graduating from prestigious universities, carried with them not only knowledge but also the values of integrity and perseverance. Life itself further refined their strength and ideals, preparing them to become entrepreneurs with a bold vision.

They were soon joined by two like-minded companions—one also from Nghệ An and another from Thái Nguyên. Though from different paths, they shared the same spirit and dream, and together, they laid the foundation for Vietsun.

On June 15, 2007, Vietsun Investment Corporation was officially founded at 200/13-15 Go Dau Street, Tan Quy Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, with business activities in apparel and logistics.

In early 2008, Vietsun launched its garment manufacturing operations. The early days were filled with challenges: one part of the office was converted into a small workshop with 17 workers, while 3 staff members ran the company’s operations. To meet the deadline of the first order, everyone worked tirelessly—day and night.

Thanks to the commitment of the entire team, Vietsun successfully shipped its first order (PO 203884) to Europe, a remarkable achievement that affirmed the company's direction and inspired all employees.

As trust from international buyers grew, Vietsun seized the momentum. The company expanded its team, strengthened its structure, and began constructing its first factory—Viet An International Co., Ltd.

Despite launching during the global economic crisis, Viet An officially commenced operations in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province on December 27, 2009, driven once again by unity and determination.

Starting with basic fleece jackets, Viet An quickly evolved to produce high-end down jackets, padded coats, and fashionable women’s wear. The factory delivered strong annual growth, implemented improved management systems, and created hundreds of jobs. Viet An soon earned recognition as a model business by local authorities—proof of Vietsun’s sound strategy and collective strength.

On December 25, 2010, Vietsun opened a new head office in Tan Binh District, marking another step forward in professionalism and operational expansion.

From 2010 to 2013, Vietsun experienced breakthrough growth. With a clear strategy, strong leadership, and unwavering dedication from its workforce, the company’s operations scaled rapidly. Sales exceeded expectations, the organizational structure matured, and clients became long-term partners. Vietsun earned a solid reputation as a trustworthy, high-quality apparel manufacturer.

In early 2011, anticipating the global economic recovery and the shift of buyers back to Vietnam, Vietsun decided to invest in a second large-scale factory—Viet Duc International Investment Co., Ltd.

Located in Dong Nai Province, Viet Duc specializes in fleece jackets, blazers, functional shirts, and pants. It quickly became a flagship factory within the group, generating thousands of jobs and making a lasting impact on the community. Viet Duc affirmed Vietsun’s elevated position in Vietnam’s garment industry.

In 2015, Vietsun recognized the importance of operational synergy and consolidated its functional departments under one roof. On the occasion of Vietnam’s National Reunification Day, Vietsun moved its headquarters to Tan Binh Industrial Park. The new 5,000m² Product R&D Center, equipped with modern facilities and advanced technology, became a symbol of innovation and long-term vision.

From just 20 employees in the early days, Vietsun has now grown to operate four factories, including two state-of-the-art production facilities. The company employs over 2,000 workers at its manufacturing sites and maintains a total workforce of more than 3,000 people across all divisions. Backed by a professional and scientific management system, Vietsun has become a strategic partner to international brands, reliable suppliers, and subcontractors. The company is consistently honored by local authorities for its outstanding contributions to the industry and community.

Vietsun places great emphasis on human resources development and employee well-being. Workers receive proper training, career development support, and meaningful care.
